About Desktora

Desktora brings together dozens of everyday tools for students, office workers and freelancers: merge, split and compress PDFs, convert between image formats, build CVs, invoices and QR codes, and much more — with no account and nothing to install.

• Privacy first. The vast majority of tools run entirely inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded anywhere except in the few clearly documented cases in our Privacy Policy.
• Genuinely free. No daily limits, no watermarks, no "sign up to download".
• Fast and simple. One tool per page and a downloadable result in three steps.
• Works in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support.

The site is supported by advertising. Ads are shown clearly and separately from the tools, and we never sell your files or data. We may add optional paid features in the future, but the core tools will stay free.

We rely on modern web technology — WebAssembly, the Canvas API and in-browser AI models — built on open-source libraries with permissive licences. Only one conversion still needs a server — HEIC photos to JPG — and in that case the file is processed in memory and discarded as soon as the result is sent back.
